Returns Policy

To help you shop in Tesplus, we have a return policy. This return policy applies only to Tesplus online purchase orders. If you don't like the product you ordered, we are happy to provide a 7-days return or refund policy for items in "good condition".


If you don’t like the product you ordered, we are happy to provide a 14-days return or refund policy for items from the date you received it. If the product is the customized product and in the production, no refund or return without quality problems. After we receive your return, our quality assurance team will check your return. After the inspection is complete, our customer service representative will process your return refund or assist you in placing a replacement order for a replacement.

Return qualification requirements:
To be eligible for return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as the goods you received. Your goods must use the original packaging. Your goods need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund instructions:
You will be responsible for paying the freight for the returned goods. Freight is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.

If the product is shipped via free shipping, a 15% restocking fee would be charged to cover our expense in shipping cost. For non-free shipping items, 10% restocking fee will be charged. For unshipped items, 5% card processing fee will also be applied.

Returns are only available for items with retail price above $100. Any items that were purchased for less than $100 are final sale. Still in its original packaging, and retain all certificates, guarantees, authenticity cards, original invoices, and gifts.


Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. Tesplus may decide to return or exchange excluded items, for example if you receive damaged items. If this happens, contact customer service immediately.
