To help you shop in Tesplus, we have a return policy. This return policy applies only to Tesplus online purchase orders. If you don't like the product you ordered, we are happy to provide a 7-days return or refund policy for items in "good condition".
We are happy to accept returns from any Tesplus ONLINE purchase within 7 days from the date of receipt from customers. The order must be in "good condition". After we receive your return, our quality assurance team will check your return. After the inspection is complete, our customer service representative will process your return refund or assist you in placing a replacement order for a replacement.
“Good Condition” means that the merchandise is:
Still in its original packaging, and retain all certificates, guarantees, authenticity cards, original invoices, and gifts.
The product was found intact and in compliance with the original purchase conditions.
Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. Tesplus may decide to return or exchange excluded items, for example if you receive damaged items. If this happens, contact customer service immediately.
